Description of this model
Our "in-stock" Studio 40x is far from tiny. It is the largest 1 bedroom tiny house we currently offer. This is the perfect home for people that want to go tiny but want to have the space for furniture and the closet space of a traditional home. This studio is Heavily upgraded as was built as a show house. It features a handful of upgrades such as premium windows, secondary entry door, wall mount 65inch tv and fireplace, laminate "marble" tile floors, barn doors and a 50 square foot walk in closet with lighted vanity mirror, just to name a few. This Studio 40x has the base exterior for the model series, however, as with all of our built to order or stock units it can still be customized to fit your needs!
